When the new Festival Manager took over with only a few months to go until the next festival,  she found herself juggling many balls in the air, and asked Stefan Lipa Fundraising Consultancy for support with the fundraising process.

We reviewed the history, background and documentation of the Festival. This included a brainstorming planning meeting to make sure that all bases were covered, and that an appropriate Case for Support was drafted. We then prepared an outline plan of action which was agreed with the Festival Manager. Subsequently we enjoyed assisting with research and drafting applications to grant-making trusts.
